Apartment Review for Woodlawn Gardens Apartments - Chula Vista, CA

this place is the worst apartments ever the manger has no sense of professionalism. roach infested no hot water in mornings sometimes no water at all dont even tell tenants. once water was shut off for four days couldnt even get cold water to take a bath. i have a two year old and those with kids know how ridiculous that is. they towed my car had to pay 358 to get it back and i have lived there for three years the managers are alway drunk outside this place f****n sucks
