Apartment Review for Woodland Hills Apartments - Chula Vista, CA

loud neighbors on every side of us. We got our window kicked in. the neighbors below us smoke weed and it comes right into our apartment. Our dishwasher has been broke for a week and no one has came to fix it. When we called the manager to handle to noise coming from an apartment below us and to tell her about the neighors smoking, it took us 4 days to get ahold of her. And all se did was give us a number to call if it happens again! Our guest bathroom shower some times comes our a nice rust color. I could go on and on. I cant find one good thing to say. We had a terrible roach problem when we first moved in.
