Apartment Review for Sunset Villa Apartments - Chula Vista, CA

DO NOT MOVE HERE, All I can say is to read the other posts. This unit brings your attitude down. You won't ever see kids playing outside or at the pool because of the manager. Plus they have tennants who want to party while my family is trying to sleep. Also enjoy the nice view of bums digging in your trash at night and early in the mornings. Also you can never do laundry at the complex, because lazy people would leave their laundry in the washer all day. Also noone can even visit you unless they park across the street from the complex at wal-mart or target because their are no visitor parking. I do admit the Apartment is large, but it does not make up for all the things that is wrong with this complex. Plus Delia talks about her tennants constantly, I can only imagine what she used to say about me. Thank God I moved out as soon as I got the chance. P.S. All the reviews that do say Delia is a good manager must be Delia writing them herself because she sucks.
