Apartment Review for Sunset Villa Apartments - Chula Vista, CA

Delia has no people skills. She is older now and seems to have forgotten to be professional after all this is her job and she chooses to do it! if you dont like your jb anymore retire or find a new one. there should of been a couple of complaints against you but i dont like to cause problems but i also dont like to be taken advantage of! THIS PEOPLE FEEL LIKE THEY OWN THE APARTMENTS.. DELIA KEEPS AN EYE ON EVERYTHING AND IS ON TOP OF EVRYONES BUSINESS EXCPTS HERS WHICH IS TAKING CARE OF THE APARTMENTS AND TENANTS NEEDS! I DONT RECOMMEND IT JUST BECAUSE OF HER BUT APT. IS ACTUALLY VERY SPACIOUS EVERYTHING IS NEAR NEIGHBORS ARE QUITE RENT IS AFFORDABLE BUT EVERYONES MOVES AFTER THE 6MO CONTRACT BECAUSE THEY CANT STAND BEING TREATED UNFAIRKY think about it you have had delia for 20 years you could of have other tenants living here for a good chunk of that time and they would actually paid to live here!!!!!
