Apartment Review for Sunset Villa Apartments - Chula Vista, CA

Delia is JUST the manager at this place but she thinks (pobresita) she owns the apartments. She is acting like she has no boss because the boss does not care what is going on here as long as the checks are cleared from the people's banks! She treats everybody like they are criminals (just because you are bad Delia that does not mean that everybody is!) A guy wants to go at the pool on Sunday (not just it was closed on this day because she does not want to be bothered) she snaps at him and send him home! Wow! No respect to anybody... if one is writting a letter and she finds out she is suddenly nice to that person... because I think they are so many residents against her she is affraid that her end is near EVEN after 20 years, the people are tired...
