Apartment Review for Sunset Villa Apartments - Chula Vista, CA

Comment about parking is true. You better hope you don't have a night shift or try not to go out at night if unless you feel like parking a couple blocks away. Should paint the outside. I think its pretty quiet. My guests aren't loud....I would like to have a spot for them to park one day. There is parking all the way in the back of the complex that is never really full. Maybe some of that can be turned into visitor spots. Um....oh yea the one thing that would REALLY be nice is if we could get one of those machines where we could put money onto a laundry card and use it to do our laundry. Getting quarters every week is such a pain. Well I don't think the managers are bad. Delia's is decent (we get along) and her husband is a pleasant person. He doesn't say much but he always says hello. (Delia does too). Don't really have too many complaints. I like it here..I've been here a little over a year.....yea I think thats it.
