Apartment Review for Sunset Villa Apartments - Chula Vista, CA

My main complaint is on the parking. Hopefully one day there are some spots for family and friends or something. As far as Delia goes I know what they other people are talking about but I never really had a problem with her personally. We actually have brief, polite conversations when I go in to pay my rent. If she is a b**c* then she either chooses who she likes or wants to be polite with or she's a b**c* to you because you have caused her a problem or something. I wouldn't know. I have been here a little over a year and the first time I ever saw ANYONE at the pool was last month. Very picky on noise. The apartments are nice on the inside...compaired to other apt. complexes...Sunset Villa seems pretty clean. I think she should get someone to throw a lil paint on the place and assign some guest spots and just a lil bit more leaniance on guests and the complex may be perfect...SIKE. Not perfect but better. Overall I give the place a C+
