Apartment Review for Sunset Villa Apartments - Chula Vista, CA

I am currently a resident, I was just online looking for another place because of Delia, and suddenly, I was amazed to see how many tenants that have already addressed the many issues that we have been dealing with here at Sunset Villa. Based on the online review, the problems are identical and they are dated from 2001 and on. Delia is the main issue of this Apt. complex. She is rude, ready to insult, she gets in people business, etc. and always ready to let you know how long she has been managing this place. Most of the tenants here have same complaint; they avoid any direct contact with her, not because they are afraid of her, but to avoid her mouth. Most of people prefer to drop their rent in the drop box. My lawyer call her and ask for the owner's name or head quarter and address, she answered, all complaint have to be sent to her, then she will forward it, she refuses. Can you believe it About the Parking issue, we can say Paxton towing company is here at Sunset Villa all day all night, the former tenants have already explained it, there are plenty of spots, but she chose to sell them for $50, she only takes cash, no check, I don't know why, she won't take it. No guess parking for 2 minutes, and less than 10 handicapped spot, while she is selling them. People here watch her calling the towing company on tenant's cars, that woman is evil. Everybody knows that's what she does; we even assume she has to have a part of the money because she stays late, all night in her window, watching people. She is very paranoid, a car parks and you know she is going to check her window and then Paxton. It’s a business. The pool, I rarely see people go to the pool, same complaint, because of her. If Though she has been managing this place for so long, I am positive that the owner of this place doesn't care. I bet if they run a survey about Delia, 85% of all the tenants would want to her to retire. Nobody wants to deal with a woman like her. Perhaps, she is the actual owner.
