Apartment Review for Sunset Villa Apartments - Chula Vista, CA

I have never met anyone as hateful as Delia. Delia has little respect for anyone. She has a way of talking to you in an insulting manner. Her husband is a nice person however it's evident that she wears the pants around there. I have witness her spying on tenants, looking through their windows. If you are a single male living there you might get special treatment. If your female with a husband or single, forget about it, she already doesn't like you. In addition, if you move into this complex with a family and have young children, they can't even play outside. It's against "her policy". The pool is open seasonally however if you do plan on using it be sure not to make any noise because her apartment is very close by and she will come out and complain that "you are disturbing the tenants". Parking is horrible. If you have visitors, they have to park out in the street or across the street at the target parking lot. She claims that there is not enough parking spots however there are plenty of empty spaces. They have lost many assistant managers due to the fact that they can't stand Delia. While I was there, I had many issues with her. My mom had to park outside even though she was living with me because Delia refused to give me an extra parking pass for her. My mom took care of my son while I was working. I have heard from many people who still live there that she has had her tires popped and her car egged. Hopefully this gives you an insight to the management here.
