Apartment Review for Sunset Villa Apartments - Chula Vista, CA

I agree with people that have reviewed this apartment before, here is my two cents:

This apartment complex was nice 2 years ago, now its become a ghetto. To give you an idea...This is the kind of place where all cars have big wheels and shinny alloys, tinted glasses and a loud bass coming out. The "navy" sticker is also common in almost every car.

Music at 8AM saturdays and sundays, gardeners working at 730 AM during the week (sorry if you work late!) and best of all: trash is picked up at 8AM on saturdays (don't worry, they will wake you up...they are all the noisy they can with the truck).

Parking is totally useless, there are more parking permits and cars than parking spots, some people have non-working cars parked in front of their door so nobody parks there. If you go out one night and come back a bit late forget about parking, people fight over it.

This is how you will feel if you talk to management: a criminal. She will look at you like everything you do is illegal, it's like she was dealing with excons all the time or something like that. Actually, it's very common to see patrol cars stopping by for domestics fight or something like that. Good point is you have a lot of stores near you, like Target, restaurants, gas stations, etc...
