Apartment Review for Sunset Villa Apartments - Chula Vista, CA

The apartments were decent, but management was horrible. They close the pool during the winter (which according to them started in October - but hello, we are in Southern California). When I moved out, they withheld the entire deposit plus said I owed them like $800 dollars. They said it took 12 hours to paint, 8 hours to clean - it was ridiculous! Even if I held parties everyday that I lived there (which I never did) it wouldn't have taken that long to clean up.
