Apartment Review for Somerset Apartments - Chula Vista, CA

Manager who does not know what she is doing half the time. Never gives reciepts and charges late fees mysteriously months later. Her husband is a perv and walks around trying to pick on the tenants. She walks into your apartment without notice came out of the shower to find her in my living room. Very noisy, when you complain about loud music and parties the noice complaint is given to the plaintiff. Came home from a 2 week vacation to find that i had some how been there in spirit and thrown a huge bash. I wasn't the only one the 2 years i lived there she was notorious for harrassing tenants.
