Apartment Review for Pinnacle At Otay Ranch - Chula Vista, CA

These apartments are located at the corner of Palomar and Santa Rita. Nice location next to the Heritage Park which is nice. However, if you're looking for a safe and secure complex with a management staff that cares and takes care of concerns of it's tenants, go some place else. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! We have had door locks busted on vehicles which leads one to believe that security of the complex, although part time patroled by a courtesy patrol, is grossly lacking. There is no sound proofing between walls and ceilings which allows one to hear everything your neighbors are doing. The office staff is quick to put up eviction notices if you are one day late with your rent even if it is a bank problem. One would think that the staff would contact you and notify you that there was an issue but not here. If you have a problem such as noisy neighbors, one would think that the office staff would address that with the neighbors. That doesn't seem to happen. So, if you're looking for a safe and quiet location you can relax at with an office staff you can depend on, look somewhere else.
