The staff is bad and they are cons. They try to get every single cent out of you. The parking suks only one parking space for a two bedroom partmet and uyou usually have to fight to get parking infront of the office. OOOOOObut do not parki infront of the office for more than ten minutes or you will get towed and pay 300 dollars. So save your money .  Need to rent an apartment?
