Apartment Review for Missions At Sunbow - Chula Vista, CA

The reviews don't lie, this place sucks! I live here at the moment, but will get out of my lease. I read all the bad reviews before moving in, but thought it was just people with personal issues. Since the apartments "look" so nice, I went against my better judgement (big mistake) The floor is covered in dog crap, there is no special place to take your dog, anyplace will do. So you can't walk in the grass because it's a rug of crap. Walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING, phone ringing, alarms, people going to the bathroom, you can even here the people ACROSS from you! dogs bark 27/7. Parking is horrible spaces are tiny, your car will get dinged. Silverfish in the bathroom are so common, Doors slam because they have no spring, the carpet is so cheap even water will stain it! It's is the most expensive complex and so not worth it, save yourself the trouble. It's worse than sec 8 apartments. I wish I would have listen to all the bad reviews. Don't move in here, take it from a current tenant!!!
