Apartment Review for Bronze Door Apartments - Chula Vista, CA

I have lived here for over three years and up until 6 months ago, really liked my apartment, although I must admit the current manager is basically useless. He rents apartments to anyone without screening them to see if they are appropriate for the apartment. He rented a 2 bedroom upstairs apartment to a couple and their 5 children and since they moved in, the peace and quiet of the complex has been shattered. The manager refuses to do his job about the noise level at all hours of the day and night and accuses the other tenants of making up their complaints. Because of the lay out of the complex the noise coming from this apartment echoes throughout the complex and we can not relax in our own home. If you want peace and quiet in your own home, do not move in here. Also, there are only 2 washers for the entire complex and they are constantly broken and the manager takes forever to fix anything. Sadly, I am seriously thinking of moving because I want to be able to feel relaxed in my own home and not have to listen to constant screaming, yelling, and fighting.
