Apartment Review for Brightwood Apartments - Chula Vista, CA

I was very hopeful for the place. It was out of the way on a quiet street and there was plenty of parking. But the families there are loud and like to hang around outside. Their kids have now turned to brash teenagers, smoking and laughing during late hours. The apartments are old and is only kept up to make the new tenants think that it is nice. In a matter of months mold comes through the fresh paint and its disgusting. The manager is never there and it hard to pay rent. This place is not recommended if you are single and want to keep to yourself. Find another apartment!
