Apartment Review for Alexan Sevilla Apartments - Chula Vista, CA

I think I agree to some of the comments made like there are no ants, no flies, no bees, no termites. I used to own a home in Riverside and the surrounding is full of flies, spiders, birds, bugs, rats and my house was a brand new home. BUT I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY ANTS, INSECTS, BUGS, OR SILVERFISH AT ALEXAN SEVILLA. The Manager and her Assistant Manager are very nice and approachable. The maintenance is outstanding, you ask for something in less than an hour he is knocking at your door to fix your request. The carpet is okay, the parking is excellent. I agree with the other comment about the parking, they towed the car so the people who rent here have a space to park their car. It is very secured here, security is excellent, plus Ralphs, the drugstore, starbuck, gas station, mail box, etc, name it, you do not have to use your car, you save gas living here, especially that the gas now is very expensive. I WILLL SAY YES, THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO BE.
