Apartment Review for Alexan Sevilla Apartments - Chula Vista, CA

As I read this past reviews; It looks like there's people that just don’t know how to follow rules or parking rules; because as far as I am concern...Yes, the manager is very strict with enforcing parking rules, but it is so that we (all resident that do follow parking rules) have a secure space to park when coming home from work. I hope people would get "Facts" before opening their big mouth and talk about "sync together to make money" I know by FACT that neither Sevilla, Sevilla staff or the security patrol staff make absolutely NO money/commission by having cars towed out of the property, the towing service is there to tow away “VIOLATORS” just offering a service to the property for free. Who ever wrote that is an ignorant angry rule breaker person who got towed for being careless. There is enough of assigned visitor parking, and parking for residents. I have been living here for over a year, I will renew my lease, if you look more into it... people here hardly ever move out! Sevilla always have a waiting list. I'll tell you, every since parking is being enforced more strictly, there is more available spots for us to park. Yes there are carports $25 and garages $100 available for those who need more parking spots that what's allowed per apartment. The girls in the office are very nice and professional, they are always making sure resident needs are met, you name it, work requests, packages anything! They are very knowledgeable and helpful and the maintenance guys as well, they are nice and fast at taking care of things in our apartments and on the outside on the property. The Grounds are beautiful by the way, and the windows are all sound proof, therefore, it is a very quiet neighborhood. If you want a secure, nice, clean, luxury, with highly professional and customer service staff... this is the place you want to call home, not to mention convenient location!
