Apartment Review for Alexan Sevilla Apartments - Chula Vista, CA

There's always party on Friday or Saturday nights, the people living downstairs apartments ending in 17 and 18 and upstairs ending in 37 they have loud music most are mexican music and rock n roll and they turn on their loud music at night. I wonder if there's a noise disturbance law in this apartment complex. The parking is terrible, they give you 2 parking permits, so if you have visitors and extra car they don't give you another permit. They say to park your car on the visitor parking to avoid your car being towed which is a bout $300, but there's only 4 visitor parking spots and are always taken . Parking and loud music are my most complaints.
