As a former tenant I am left with one nagging question: How in the world can Alliance Investment Corporation justify allowing a petty tyrant to remain as the manager of this complex? The graft of intentionally creating a shortage of parking spaces, and then either selling the extra spaces for CASH, or raking in kickbacks from a towing company is more typical of the manner of how business is conducted south of the border. Then there is the practice of stealing security deposits under the premise of trumped up maintenance issues. Also, treating tenants like they were prisoners, rather than paying customers, is both immoral and unethical. Obviously, the manager is a bitter, frustrated old woman who has no happiness left in her life. It really is sad when a person's misery is so great that it torments them to see others enjoying their lives. When a child's laughter is only heard as a grating sound that plucks the strings of hatred and disdain. It is truly pathetic when someone must spread their misery around to ameliorate their own tortured soul. I want to ask Alliance Investment if they have ever heard the old business adage, "the customer is always right"? Shame on Alliance for casting a blind eye on a serious and chronic problem with one of their employees. But, then again, it must be easy for Alliance Investment to ignore a problem in Chula Vista when observed from the UTC area, especially while they are busy lining their pockets at the expense of people they most likely deem inferior to themselves. To any potential renters who are considering this complex, consider yourselves warned by all the negative reviews. Yes, the price is very low for the amount of square footage. But, as always in life, you DO get what you pay for. It is far better to scrape up the additional $3 or 4 dollars a day and choose a place that is owned by an ethical company and managed by someone who is tactful and professional. Later, you will be glad that you did. |
