Apartment Review for Sunset Villa Apartments - Chula Vista, CA

The only plus side to living here, was the size of the apartment. The management was so shady. They were nice when you first wanted to live there, then, like everyone else has said, they treat you like a criminal. A couple of times I locked myself out of my apartment, and I had to knock on their door to have them let me in, I didn't feel bad for doing it because they were such pains in the ass, so I would knock and knock until they opened the door. One time I knocked (seriously) for twenty minutes straight. Parking was atrocious, delia's husband was a pain when it came to guests parking in the front. They also steal your security deposit. They said it took 12 hours to repaint the apartment and 8 hours to clean the place. When I called to ask them about it, they both laughed and said I should have taken better care of the place and had fun handing the phone back and forth to each other. It's actually pretty funny how they have you fill out a customer service form when you leave, and they expect you to fill it out in front of them when you leave. Oh yes, I forgot to mention how racist they both are. Completely unprofessional and intolerable.
